challenging open ocean paddle along one
of Costa Rica´s most beautiful coastlines.
Nearby islands are nesting sites for boobies
and frigate birds. You will stop for a
swim and snacks in isolated Biesanz Bay
and you will have lunch at the end of
the trip, near the National Park of Manuel
Antonio. |

Requirements: Some experience or reasonable
fitness as waves and surf are common.

National Park Walking Tour (From Quepos,

an experienced nature guide take you on
an informative hike through the park.
Your guide know where you are most likely
to encounter sloth’s, monkeys etc.
He will also provide a great deal of information
on the history, flora and fauna during
this easy 2 ½ hours walk. Mid tour
snacks and refreshments are offered and
guests may remain in the park after the
tour. |

| Carara National

Full
day tour to Carara National Park is now
accessible within an hour and a half drive
from Quepos. We offer a two and a half
hour walk with a naturalist guide through
one of Costa Rica´s most bio diverse
reserves. Large crocodiles lie below the
Tárcoles bridge adjacent to the
Park as well as great birding. This tour
allows our visitors who haven´t
driven to Quepos a chance to see this
interesting topography lined with rice
fields & African palm plantations,
also cattle ranching boarding some of
Costa Rica´s most famous coast line.
