Day 1. Upon your arrival at the Juan San Santamaria airport in San Jose Costa Rica, you will be greeted by a representative of the Best Western Irazu Hotel and transported by a/c van to the Best Western Irazu, for your first night lodging. Evening at your leisure to enjoy the city of San Jose.

Day 2. After your complementary breakfast at the “Denny’s” Restaurant, you will be met by a representative of L.A. Travels Services, who will take you by a private a/c van to La Fortuna. In route to Arenal your van and driver will stop at Sarchi, famous for its hand crafts and beautiful hard wood furniture. Continuing on your route to Arenal you will make a short stop in Zarcero famous for its topiary gardens. Upon arrival at Arenal Paraiso Hotel you will be given time to tour this beautiful facility. This elegant hotel it’s known for its great volcano view and will be your home for two relaxing nights.
In the early afternoon you will be met by a certified guide of Aventuras Arenal who will escort you on a guided tour of Arenal Volcano National Park. Following your tour of the park, you will be escorted to the World famous Tabacon Resort & Spa, where you will experience relaxing hot springs thermal pools. (Entrance fee and dinner included in your prepaid package). After dinner you will be returned to your hotel for a night of leisure and volcano watching.

Day 3. After a complementary breakfast, you will be met by a bilingual guide from Aventuras Arenal, who will be your escort for the Penas Blancas Safari Float trip. This leisurely half-day float tour allows you to appreciate the wonders of the Penas Blancas River and the surrounding rainforest. During your trip down the river you will be able to enjoy the sights of monkeys, sloth’s, iguanas, crocodiles and numerous tropical birds. Following your float tour you will be returned to your Hotel for an afternoon and evening of leisure.

Day 4. Breakfast and early morning departure by van to Jaco Beach. Lodging in Jaco Beach at the Beach front Hotel, “El Cocal Hotel & Casino” for one night, with breakfast included. Enjoy the balance of your day and evening at your leisure.

Day 5. Spend the morning on the beach and depart by van in the early afternoon for your return to San Jose. You will be returning to the Hotel Best Western Irazu, for your final night in San Jose. Evening free.

Day 6. After breakfast at the 24 hour Denny’s Restaurant, the Hotel van will transport you to the Juan Santa Maria Airport for your flight home. (Most International Carriers require departing passengers to check-in at least two hours prior to their flights departure).
